1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with skyphp, accessing our website at https://skyphp.cam, or utilizing any gaming services provided through our platform, you enter into a binding contractual relationship with skyphp and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, and any additional terms referenced herein including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the skyphp platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access employed. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the skyphp platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure awareness of any modifications.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and participate in real money gaming on the skyphp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of registration. skyphp strictly prohibits underage gambling and maintains zero tolerance for minors attempting to access our platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account with skyphp, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration process. You must not create multiple accounts - each individual user is permitted only one (1) account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any reason including but not limited to bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or fraudulent purposes constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you agree to notify skyphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. skyphp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or negligence.

3.3 Account Verification

skyphp implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming authority requirements. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide all requested documentation within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds, bet limits, or account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

skyphp accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You acknowledge that skyphp does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment account to cover deposit amounts and any associated fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of account verification procedures and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name matching your skyphp account registration details. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply as specified on the platform. skyphp reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests pending completion of additional verification procedures, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Before processing withdrawals, any bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time through qualifying games before withdrawal requests will be approved, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. skyphp reserves the right to impose additional wagering requirements or request documentation regarding source of funds for unusually large deposits or withdrawals.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on the skyphp platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, conversion will occur at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply and you acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations are beyond skyphp's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

skyphp offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other conditions specified in the promotional terms. 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the skyphp platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing any other person to access or use your account.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used by skyphp.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action. skyphp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected illegal activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

skyphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activities including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to utilize these tools to ensure gaming remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal problems.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. skyphp does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without liability for any resulting losses or damages. In the event of platform malfunction, all affected bets and games may be voided at skyphp's discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the skyphp platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs is the property of skyphp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from skyphp.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the skyphp platform shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between you and skyphp.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, skyphp reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the platform.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you following completion of any pending verification procedures. skyphp reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or extended periods of inactivity.

In the event of account termination for cause, skyphp reserves the right to forfeit any account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, and to pursue legal action for damages caused by your violations. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and destroy any materials obtained from the platform.
